Amanda's selfies. Someone lost a client again by over processing the color. I was a color educator for L'Oreal. I've seen the philosophy of some salons. Upsale color services. "We need highlights, color in between, and a glosser to top it off, followed up with monthly conditioning treatments." This is the supposed ideal client that is supposed to make each ticket higher. I find that unethical myself. Thats not how I do things. Say goodbye to those clients that you over sold color too. It's not impressive to sacrifice your clients hair to make your ticket price higher.
For the extensions, I did a custom blend. Hair extensions should be able to match the color you want. You should not have to compromise your color by changing it to match your extensions.
